The service
The Love Vault™ is a digital romantic experience designed for couples.
Your content
Customers are responsible for the information they submit, including names, PINs, messages, photos, and any personalization details added to a vault.
Refunds
Digital products and customized vaults may not be refundable once created or delivered, unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled according to the billing policy. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
No relationship guarantees
The Love Vault does not guarantee relationship outcomes. The experience is intended to support connection and appreciation, not to replace communication, counseling, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Users must use the site respectfully and legally. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend access for misuse.
